RMA & Warranty Policy

We provide 3 years warranty, 1year free warranty & 2 years at cost basis charge warranty on our products.

The RMA procedure:

1) Check carefully before reporting RMA

- if there is TIGA motherboard

- if expire the warranty period

- if those are normally function or misuse

- if there is any externality damage to the products that is not manufacturers liability

- if there is the appropriate packing for the RMA delivery in the consideration of shocking and wearing

  to the products while in shipping.

2) If everything correct, fill in the RMA form with the required information and send back to us by fax or  

    email at your convenience.

3) After checking those information correctly, Newbest will announce a RMA nos.

4) With the RMA nos., you are requested to ship out with the RMA nos shown on the shipping document

    and also on the outer carton box.

5) For the shipping back RMA freight is at your own charge and Newbest will take the freight charge of

    those RMA back to you.

6) Those RMA will be returned after repairing within 2 weeks upon the receipt on hand.
