Packing Conditions:

  1. The original giftbox and carton box is the most ideal packaging for the RMA shipment back. If no, please use the strong enough outer carton with the interior separate box or firm partition in bulk packing. With the externality damage like crashing, broken edge or broken components, we are not responsible for the repairing.

  2. Kits materials, like cable set, manual and CD Rom driver will not be attached in the RMA shipment back and therefore please DON'T attach any kit materials in the RMA shipment.
  3. DON'T ship any other products not from Weal Union Development Limited and we are not responsible for the repairing and shipping back.
  4. With the RMA nos. on the shipping document and outer carton will be more convenience for our RMA collection for which can improve our RMA return time.
  5. Without the prior RMA nos. request before shipping out, we reserve the right not to repair nor ship back any No RMA Number Arrival (NRNA)shipment.
